The Home Inspection process at Wall to Wall Home Inspection Services

Our Comprehensive Home Inspection Services at Wall to Wall Home Inspection Services offer a detailed examination of a home’s condition. Ideal for those looking to buy a home, our trained and certified inspectors conduct an in-depth, non-invasive review of the property. They provide a detailed report that outlines the current state of the home and its components. While we don’t predict future conditions, our report equips you with the knowledge to make informed decisions about your real estate purchase. With over 22 years of experience, we go beyond state requirements, delivering a comprehensive inspection system that includes detailed descriptions and photographs.

We believe you deserve the best!

Overview of Home Inspection

The State of Wisconsin has rules and regulations regarding what we are to inspect and how to inspect a house or condo. Those rules are very lenient and give home inspectors a lot of discretion with the inspection. The rules and regulations can be reviewed at (State Statute 440.97) and (Chapter SPS 131).

At Wall to Wall, we inspect all aspects of the property. All these items are looked at and more. All the conditions are documented on a computerized narrative report. You, and your realtor, will receive the full report (including pictures) the SAME DAY by email.

Yes! Radon testing is available. Southern Wisconsin is a hot spot for deadly radon gas. Radon is colorless, odorless, tasteless and, most importantly, radioactive. It occurs naturally as a product of decaying uranium found in the earth’s crust. Structures can trap radon gas, creating health problems for their dwellers.

Wall to Wall Home Inspection Services performs simple radon tests that will give you results in 48 hours. Knowing your home’s radon levels is the important first step toward mitigation. Radon testing is affordable and available as an add-on to our home inspection services.
  • Radon testing with home inspection – $150
  • Radon testing without home inspection – $175

Health Symptoms Associated With Radon Gas
