over any questions you may have, during or after the inspection.

Remember, in addition to the
inspection I also include the
following at no extra charge:

  • Pointing out where all the
    gas and water shut-off
    valves are, and if you want,
    tagging them so you can
    find them easily, in an
    emergency.
  • Pointing out where and
    explaining how the air
    filter fits in the furnace.
  • Explain the heating
    damper system.
  • Explain proper grade pitch
    and drainage around the
    home.
  • Explain any roof, electrical
    or any other conditions
    that may be a red-flag for
    homeowners insurance.
  • Explain any other
    problem/conditions noted
    on the report.
  • After inspection phone
    calls are welcome, and if
    requested, we will come
    back to walk with you on
    your final walk-through
    before closing.
