Each house is unique so pricing for the inspection depends on a
lot of factors. Some smaller homes can be inspected in two
hours, whereas larger homes can take four to five hours or
more. Size and age, multiple furnaces/AC units,
fireplaces/woodburners, large garages, multiple bathrooms,
finished basements, sunrooms/porches/decks and so on play a
factor in determining the price for the inspection. When you call
for a quote, please have the following information available if
possible:
- Home style (e.g. Ranch, Bungalow, Two Story, Colonial, Cape Cod, etc.)
- Home age
- Home square footage
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of bathrooms
- Is the basement finished (full or part)
- Size of the garage
- Location or address
- Any other features (e.g. fireplaces, sunrooms, decks, etc.)
- MLS number if applicable
I pride myself on providing a very thorough and informative inspection. I always expect the buyer will be at the inspection and participate in it.
Please allow at least 3 hours for the inspection. We want to be able to spend as much time as needed to perform a thorough inspection and go
over any questions you may have, during or after the inspection.
I think Patricia's comment below states it best. Her investment in the inspection actually saved her money. After the inspection she had the
opportunity to ask the seller make necessary repairs or to seek a lower purchase price of the home. Click here for more customer comments.
"The inspection process was detailed and was very informative. (Worth its weight in gold!) It saved me $5000.00 plus. Thank You!" - Patricia P.
